How are you different from your competitors?
How much time do you have? For one, we believe in creating field apparel that is as technically functional as it is attractive – we want to give you something you’ll want to wear when you’re not hunting.
For this reason, we felt the need to create our own marsh print. We sought to make something that would effectively camouflage the wearer, but in a stylish way. It’s so different from anything else we’re seeing on the market that we don’t even want to call it camouflage – hence, marsh print.
We also obsessively study advancements in textile technology. That’s how we learned about 3D spacer fabric and knew it was something we wanted to include in our apparel. We’re excited about manufacturing innovations like this one and will always do our best to stay at the forefront of innovation and bring cutting edge technology to our products in a way that is useful to you.
Last but not least, the products we make are for women; they are designed by women at a company owned and operated by women.
Can I buy Saint Hugh in stores?
The only places you can buy Saint Hugh are here on the Saint Hugh website and at Saint Hugh pop-up shops. If you sign up to receive our emails, we’ll notify you when we pop near you.
By selling to you ourselves instead of through a big box retailer, we’re able to cut out the middleman and offer you the lowest prices we can.
Where’s your size chart?
How do I wash my stuff?
Everything is machine washable, but specific washing/drying instructions vary by product. Please see the care label attached to each garment. Hand washing and line-drying will always increase the life your garments.
What’s your return policy?
We’ll gladly take back unused items within 30 days of their delivery date, and offer you a full refund less the cost of shipping. To exchange or return an item, email with the subject line “RETURN.”
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, sure. Give us a call at 504-517-4844 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order has shipped, unfortunately changes or cancellations are not possible. But see our return policy above – we’re always happy to work with you to ensure you get you the gear you want.
Do you offer ever offer promo codes?
Rarely. The prices you see have not been artificially inflated so that we can offer you a meaningless promo. However, at the end of the season, we may try to make way for new products by offering limited time discounts. Promos are usually announced on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, so be sure to follow us! We may also include a promo in our email updates.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you live, but USPS Priority usually delivers 3 to 5 business days after an order is placed. UPS ground may deliver 4 to 6 business days after an order is placed. UPS 2nd day shipments deliver two business days after an order is placed, and next day shipments deliver the business day after an order is placed. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships, and you'll receive and email notifying you when you package has been delivered.
Why isn’t shipping free on all orders?
We’d love to offer totally free shipping, but the truth is it’s expensive, and we’re a young company without a lot of cash money to spend. We are pleased to be able to give you free USPS Priority shipping on orders of $50 with code FREESHIP.
